Purchases and Other Payments

products (shirts, hats, key chains, etc.) purchased
on Fretstep, there is a 30 day money back guarantee
minus a 25% restocking charge if the customer is in
possession of the item. For example, if you return a
shirt for which you paid $10, your refund amount will
be $7.50, which is paid through Paypal as soon as we
receive the returned item. The cost of returning the
item to Fretstep is at the customer's expense. A customer
may cancel a product order within 24 hours of purchase
(before the item is shipped) for full refund.
You
may track your product orders in the purchases section
in your account.
There
is no refund on services (create a club, advertising,
etc.) paid for on Fretstep. However, members may cancel
a FUTURE SERVICE order before the START DATE of the
EVENT, and such member will receive a full refund, which
will be detailed in the respective areas. For example:
future contests.
Your
payments will be collected using the latest and trusted
notable payment systems.
Games and Scores
Players
are ONLY allowed to play different types of games at
the same time. For example: player is allowed to play
a target game, along with a matchup game, along with
a regular game. Players may NOT play multiple games
of ONE particular type at the same time.
